The Executive Directors of Women of Fishing Families will review your
application and contact you by April 10, 2009. Upon acceptance of your
application, we ask for a non-refundable $50.00 donation (directed to
Women of Fishing Families, P.O. Box 134, Chatham, MA, 02633) due by
May 1, 2009. Once your check is processed, you will be mailed “Vending
Guidelines” and your “Vending Location Number,” which you will need
the day of the festival. WOFF is also asking that each vendor donate an
item of approximately $25 in value for the raffle that will take place at
the festival. Raffle items will be collected on the day of the festival. All
proceeds of the Chatham Maritime Festival will directly benefit local
Cape Cod fishing families, scholarships for local Cape Cod children of
fishing families, and fishing education.
